How We Do It
J.A.M. employees get hands on experience on community and residential projects including equipment identification, budget management, blueprint reading and property management. J.A.M. has decades of proven experience in construction which helps ensure minorities and economically disadvantaged groups are highly trained for competitive opportunities.
What We Do
Our community and residential projects include both new construction, carpentry, repairs/restorations, demolition, landscaping, and property management. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase projects to meet the designated deadline. Our program is also specifically designed to prepare historically underrepresented individuals including minorities, women, and ex-offenders for entry into the trade industry while contributing to the beautification of the community.
